The TestDaF (Test of German as a Foreign Language) is one of the most important German language examinations and is often taken in order to provide the relevant language certificates for studying in Germany. The test consists of reading comprehension, listening comprehension, written expression and oral expression. The possible results are levels TDN below 3 (failed), TDN 3, TDN 4 and TDN 5. According to the CEFR, this corresponds roughly to level B2-C1. TDN 4 is often required by universities, but this varies depending on the course of study.
We offer the digital testDaF at our language school, which is carried out on laptops in our examination rooms. Registration takes place via the testDaF website and not in the examination center. Please contact us if you have any questions about registration or taking the exam.
For the exam day, please note: for the identity check, you must bring the same ID document that you used for registration.
Comprehensive preparation is necessary to pass the TestDaF. Our preparation courses are tailored to the exam and include a review of language basics as well as tests and strategies for each part of the exam.
